Chik’n Apple Sausage
Ingredients
  • Brioche Bun
  • Montreal Seasoning
  • Oil of choice
  • Savory Tomato Jam (canned or homemade)
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Pea Shoots
  • Spicy Brown Mustard
Directions

Prepare brioche buns; brush inside with oil and sprinkle with Montreal Seasoning. On baking sheet, place seasoned brioche buns under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. Set aside and cool

Cook Chik’n Apple Sausage; Preheat skillet or grill to medium-high heat with oil and Sautee for 5 minutes per side or until done.

Construct; spread spicy brown mustard on bun and place sausage. Garnish with tomato jam, pickled red onions and pea shoots

4.

Enjoy with a side of potato chips
