1 package Sweet Earth Traditional Seitan Strips
1/4 cup yellow onion strips
1/4 cup red bell pepper strips
1/4 cup halved snow peas
1 tbsp. diced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 diced Serrano chili
1/4 cup sherry wine
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Mix in a bowl: 1/4 cup yellow onion strips, 1/4 cup red bell pepper strips, 1/4 cup halved snow peas, 1 Tbsp. diced garlic, 1 Tbsp. minced ginger, and 1 diced Serrano chili.
Mix 1/4 cup sherry wine and 1 tsp. cornstarch in a bowl. Add 1 package Sweet Earth Traditional Seitan Strips and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat medium pan on high. Add 2 Tbsp. canola oil and 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil, and heat until oil slightly smokes. Add vegetables to pan. Stir for 3-5 minutes, avoiding scorching
Add Seitan, sherry mix, 1/8 cup soy sauce, and 1/4 cup water.
Stir until sauce thickens and coats all vegetables. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
